SmartGrow Digital provides digital marketing and development services, including but not limited to: SEO, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website Design, Content Creation, Video Editing, Shopify Development, Mobile App Development, Desktop & MIS Development, and Brand Identity & Logo Design.
Pricing and Quotes
We do not publish fixed pricing on our website. All pricing is provided on a custom quote basis after understanding your specific business needs, following a free audit or consultation. Any pricing, scope, or timeline discussed will be confirmed in writing (proposal, invoice, or agreement) before work begins.
Engaging Our Services
- Work begins only after both parties agree on scope, pricing, and timeline, typically confirmed via a written proposal or agreement.
- We aim to respond to inquiries within 2 hours during business hours, though this is not a guaranteed service-level commitment.
- Specific deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and payment terms for individual projects will be outlined in a separate project agreement or invoice at the time of engagement.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver services effectively, we may require timely access to accounts (e.g. Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, hosting, domain), brand assets, content, and feedback from the client. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
Advertising Disclaimers
For paid advertising services (Meta Ads, Google Ads), results such as leads, reach, or cost-per-lead vary based on industry, budget, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Case studies and results shown on our website reflect real past campaigns but do not guarantee similar results for future clients.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final deliverables (e.g. website, designs, ad creatives) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
SmartGrow Digital provides services on a good-faith, professional basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, as outlined in the specific project agreement. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
